2. End cap

The guide sleeve usually uses sintered oil-containing alloy and forward-leaning copper castings. In the past, malleable cast iron was commonly used for end caps. The piston is the pressure part in the cylinder. In order to prevent gas from the left and right chambers of the piston, piston sealing rings are provided. The wear-resistant ring on the piston can improve the guidance of the cylinder, reduce the wear of the piston seal ring, and reduce the friction resistance. The wear-resistant ring length uses materials such as polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, and synthetic resin with cloth. The width of the piston is determined by the size of the seal ring and the length of the necessary sliding part. If the sliding part is too short, it is easy to cause early wear and seizure. The material of the piston is usually aluminum alloy and cast iron, and the piston of the small cylinder is made of brass.
4. Piston rod
