When disassembling, loosen each screw slowly to prevent residual pressure in the component or pipeline. While disassembling, check the parts one by one to see if they are normal. It should be disassembled in units of components.
The parts of the sliding part (such as the inner surface of the cylinder tube and the outer surface of the piston rod) must not be scratched, and should be carefully inspected. Pay attention to the wear, damage and deformation of the seal rings and gaskets everywhere.
Pay attention to the clogging of the orifice, nozzle and filter element. Check plastic and glass products for cracks or damage.
When disassembling, the parts should be arranged in the order of the components, and the installation direction of the parts should be paid attention to for future assembly. Piping ports and hose ports must be protected with clean cloth to prevent dust and debris from entering.
The quality of replacement parts must be guaranteed. Corroded, damaged, or aging components must not be reused. The seal must be selected according to the use environment and working conditions to ensure the air-tightness of the components and the stable work. The parts that are removed and ready for reuse should be cleaned in the cleaning fluid. Do not use organic solvents such as gasoline to clean rubber and plastic parts. You can use high-quality kerosene for cleaning.
After the parts are cleaned, it is not allowed to dry them with cotton thread or chemical fiber products. It can be blown dry with dry clean air. Apply grease and assemble in units of components. Be careful not to miss the seals, and do not install the parts backwards. The tightening torque of screws and nuts should be uniform, and the torque should be reasonable.
