Pneumatic valve is a hardware pneumatic valve that uses air compression to control the valve. Employees who use pneumatic valves must understand their working principles and correct operation methods in order to perform operations accurately.
Working principle of pneumatic valve:
1. The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as the power source, and the movement of the piston drives the crank arm to rotate at 90 degrees, so that the valve can be opened and closed automatically. Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, crank arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, cardan shaft.
2. The working principle of the pneumatic control valve: the pneumatic control valve is composed of an actuator and an adjustment mechanism. The actuator is the thrust component of the regulating valve, which generates the corresponding thrust according to the pressure of the control signal to push the regulating mechanism to move. The valve body is the regulating component of the pneumatic regulating valve, which directly contacts the regulating medium to regulate the flow of the fluid.
Pneumatic valve operation method
1. The opening and closing direction of the pneumatic valve should always be closed clockwise.
2. Since the pneumatic valves in the pipe network are often opened and closed manually, the number of opening and closing revolutions should not be too much, even the large-diameter valve should also be within 200-600 revolutions.
3. In order to facilitate one person's opening and closing operation, the maximum opening and closing torque should be 240N-m under the pipeline pressure condition.
4. The opening and closing end of the pneumatic valve should be a square tenon, with standardized dimensions, and face the ground so that people can directly operate it from the ground. Valves with roulette are not suitable for underground pipe networks.

Once the opening and closing adjustment is accurate, it should be locked with rivets.

If the pneumatic valve is buried deeply, and the distance between the operating mechanism and the display panel is ≥1.5m from the ground, it should be equipped with an extension rod facility and fixed firmly so that people can observe and operate from the ground. In other words, the opening and closing of valves in the pipe network is not suitable for downhole operations.
